Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned is inspired by the classic cocktail, using both bourbon and bitters barrels to transform an Imperial Red Ale. What's more, we made the base beer with 100% certified-organic Estate grains and hops, farmed at our brewery in Chico, CA.
Citrus and bitters jump from the aroma, stone fruit like plum and cherry headline the flavor, and the late addition of orange peel comes through in the pleasantly bitter finish.
