Most of you don’t know our cellarman, Eric, but just trust me when I tell you that the guy loves and knows his beers, especially his imperial stouts.

WE’RE TALKING ABOUT AN ALL-TIMER.

I’m SO hyped for this one. It’s Bourbon barrel aged brown ale blended with Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with coconut, vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow. I mean… come on.

PARADISE

Bourbon Paradise is well loved.

When you’ve got such an awesome beer (Bourbon barrel aged, with toasted coconut and vanilla), it’s hard to not tinker with it! Look for nuance! See how far it can be pushed!

That’s what we did.

MAPLE BOURBON PARADISE is regular Bourbon Paradise, but it was aged in BLiS maple bourbon barrels… so it’s a barrel that first held Bourbon, later held BLiS craft maple syrup, and finally held our imperial stout base. Nuance.

DOUBLE BOURBON PARADISE is exactly what you think it is. We doubled all the adjuncts, because… why not? THERE ARE NO RULES.

5. Side Note - Hazy IPA with Elani, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops 7.2%
