FOR THE PEOPLE: A COLLABORATION WITH DEMOCRACY BREWING
We collaborated with worker owned Democracy Brewing on For the People: a crisp, light, and refreshing American Pale Ale brewed to be enjoyed by all!
Democracy Brewing is a worker-owned brewery and pub committed to making great beers and supporting the community. They opened their doors at 35 Temple Place on July 4th, Independence Day 2018! Their mission is to re-create the traditional public house, brew the best beer in Boston, pair it with tasty food, and serve it to you in combination with two great American ideals: democracy, and owning your own business.
Join us at the Harpoon Beer Hall in Boston on Thursday, October 26th from 5PM – 7PM as we celebrate the release of For the People – $1/pint will be donated to the ESOP Association. Enjoy complimentary small bites from the Democracy Brewing kitchen while supplies last! Click here to learn more.
ESOP ESB: A COLLABORATION WITH SWITCHBACK BREWING COMPANY
We collaborated with employee owned Switchback Brewing Company on ESOP ESB: an Extra Special Bitter English Style Pale Ale. It is a hoppy dark amber ale brewed with a traditional dark malt profile and new American hops. With this beer we wanted to capture the feeling of Vermont in fall with the elements of brewing that make our ESOP breweries great.
In February 2017, at Switchback Brewing Company’s annual meeting, owner and Brewmaster, Bill Cherry, announced to the brewery’s 30 employees that they had become partners in ownership of the 14-year-old company. They are the first 100% employee-owned brewery in New England.
ESOP ESB is available exclusively on tap at Switchback Brewing Company in Burlington, VT, Harpoon Brewery Taproom & Beer Garden in Windsor, VT, and the Long Trail Brewery in Bridgewater Corners, VT while supplies last.
