HOUSTON, TX  (Wednesday, October 18, 2023) – This college football season, Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is teaming up with Budweiser, Bud Light, and the University of Houston Cougars to support the Folds of Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides post-secondary educational scholarships for families of U.S. military personnel and first responders killed or disabled while serving their country.  zzubreebym

“For the tenth consecutive year, Silver Eagle is honored to support the Folds of Honor Foundation and their Houston-area scholarship recipients,” said Camilo Rojas III, Vice President of Marketing at Silver Eagle Houston. Budweiser, Bud Light, and its wholesalers, including Silver Eagle Houston, have supported our nation’s military and first responders for more than a century.

Silver Eagle Houston, Bud Light and Budweiser are proud to team up once again with the University of Houston Cougars to support Folds of Honor during the Coogs’ football game on October 21st at TDECU Stadium. Activations during the game will include:

  • A $10,000 check presentation from Silver Eagle Houston to the Folds of Honor Foundation to fund two $5,000 educational scholarships for local military members and their families.
  • Several mentions throughout the game on the Scoreboards.

Since 2010, Budweiser, Bud Light and its wholesalers have raised $21 million nationwide for the Folds of Honor Foundation. In the Houston area, Silver Eagle Houston has contributed over $220,000 to the organization since 2013.
