Saturday, September 30th we will be releasing the latest collaboration with Art History Brewing Co.
The base is made up of Edelweiss, an undermodified lager malt from Sugar Creek. A double decoction mash broke down the malt to reveal pleasant notes of bread crust and honey. Michigan Zuper Saaz hops provide a balancing hop bitterness. 4.9% ABV 27 IBU
