Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with cookies, peppermint, and milk sugar
It’s all about the Brookie— er, cookie. We teamed up with our friend Brooke Williamson to create a liquid treat inspired by her favorite cookie of all time: peppermint-flavored crème sandwich cookies (you know the ones). We started with a rich bourbon barrel-aged stout blend and added a generous helping of crème sandwich cookies, peppermint, and milk sugar. Sweet and decadent, this peppermint-powered chocolatey treat is one for the Brookes— er, books.

Rum barrel-aged imperial porter with pineapple, toasted coconut, toasted almonds, and spices
Inspired by the spongey goodness of a treat from the tropics, Parley Porter mashes up all our favorite characters reminiscent of Caribbean Rum Cake. This imperial porter was treated with pineapple, toasted coconut, and toasted almonds, plus a mingling of allspice, cloves, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Finished with aging in rum barrels, Parley Porter offers a balanced medley of savory, sweet, and island-style spice.
