Released today, Scratch #494 furthers our partnership with some friends who are working to transform a former coal town into a mountain biking destination. A blend of pale malt and oats lays down a smooth backbone, while Citra and Sabro hops combine flavors of grapefruit and tangerine. The dry-hop combo of Azacca, El Dorado and Sabro adds notes of juicy tropical fruit and sweet stone fruit. Proceeds from sales of this beer will benefit SAMBA and its current project to develop 30 miles of new trails in Lykens, PA.:
