Chuckanut Brewery Wins at World Beer Cup

From Chuckanut:

Chuckanut Brewery is no stranger to receiving medals at the World Beer Cup competition. The World Beer Cup is organized by the Brewers Association and held in a different location in the USA during the Craft Brewers Conference. The event was held every other year since its inception in 1996 but has shifted to a yearly competition starting 2022. This year’s competition was held in Nashville, TN with 272 international judges blind tasting 10,213 beers from 2,376 breweries across the world. Chuckanut Munich Style Helles Lager won Bronze in the Helles category along with 201 other entries. This is Chuckanut Helles’ first World Beer Cup Award although it has won 3 GABF (Great American Beer Festival also run by the Brewers Association) medals (2 Gold and 1 Silver) in the past.

Chuckanut Helles Lager has a well-developed bready flavor that rewards the drinker with sublime balance and a subtle elegant maltiness. Brewed with a gentle, sure touch, Helles Lager is the “got to” beer all day long! Excellent with any seafood, salad or lighter meat dishes for a real treat! Available at various accounts around WA and OR in draft. And occasionally for sale in cans at both P. Nut and South Nut locations.

Chuckanut Brewery brews award winning Lagers and Ales and has won Large Brewery of the Year at WA Beer Awards 2017, 2019 and 2021 and Small Brewery at the GABF 2011. The production facility and Tap Room is in Skagit Valley at 11937 Higgins Airport Way, Burlington, WA. Chuckanut Brewery’s P. Nut Beer Hall is at 920 SE Caruthers St, Portland.  Both locations welcome guests of all ages and have indoor and outdoor seating!
