Today I have a new “Sue” coming form Toppling Goliath in Decorah, IA.
This is Peacharine Dry Hop Pseudo Sue and it will be a pale ale that uses Peacharine hops. The beer will be a collaboration with the Field Museum and it will rock in at 5.8%-AbV. You’re looking at the 16oz can and stay tuned for release details.
