Modern Times & Maui Brewing Collaborating On Lava Tones / Trend LaserToday I have a new collaboration beer coming from Modern Times in San Diego, CA.

This is Lava Tones and it will be a collaboration with the other half of Craft ‘Ohana, Maui Brewing. The beer will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with cocoa nibs, black sugar and Hazaiian vanilla beans. The beer will hit 14%-AbV and it will be packaged in 22oz bottles. I’ve also added in the non-collaboration Trend Laser hazy IPA brewed with Strata, Vic Secret, Amarillo and Citra hops. (6.5%-AbV, 12oz cans, 50 IBU), OMG hazy IPA (7%-AbV, 12oz cans) and the latest packaging for Maui Pineapple Mana being brewed at Modern Times (5.5%-AbV, 12oz cans).  zzubreebymimage
