I brought you a peek back in Jan, and now this from Jester King:
We love brewing hoppy farmhouse ales (arguably our favorite thing to make), and up until now we haven't done one with exclusively New Zealand hops.
So we're happy to introduce Jester King Bird Bump — hoppy farmhouse ale brewed with New Zealand Motueka, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin from our friends at Freestyle Hops. The fruity, tropical character of the hops melds really well with the fermentation profile from our mixed culture. Aside from that, the beer is rounded out by our well water and native Texas grains. Naturally conditioned in kegs and 750ml bottles. zzubreebym
We hope you enjoy this blend of Texas farmhouse beer and New Zealand hops! Bird Bump will be available onsite and online (https://bit.ly/3x1OvhC) starting Thursday 2/9/23 at 2pm CT. We have about 500 bottles available. Shipping/delivery illegal in Texas.
