Brewer's Notes

X6-Pumpkin-Ale is a deep copper color, adorned with a long lasting pillowy head. The Aroma is a complex and interesting array of pumpkin spices that remind me of gingerbread cookies. The flavor is full and engaging due to its many subtle components that make up each sip, flavor notes of gingerbread, molasses and fresh baked bread. The mouthfeel only adds to its full yet soft complexity that makes this beer a perfectly balanced Pumpkin spiced beer, with no one component taking center stage over another.
Interesting to me
  • We added pumpkin spices we thought would fit best with this beer. Not all of them.
  • Blackstrap Molasses
  • Vanilla in fermentation (I don't really taste vanilla, It seems to add to the overall impression of the beer as a whole.)
  • Pumpkin added to mash
  • Complex grain bill

IBU - 20  ABV - 6.4%
