Elevation Releasing B.A.D.A. Bing CHerry Dark Ale

From Elevation:

PONCHA SPRINGS, CO — Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels bring oak tannins, sweet vermouth, and luxardo maraschino notes to Elevation Beer Company’s B.A.D.A. Bing! zzubreebym

Elevation Beer Co. announces its limited release, Barrel Aged Dark Ale, Bada Bing! That said, barrel aging beer is no quick and easy process, and we took our sweet time getting this one to yous guys. Aged on Spanish sherry barrels, which were then used to finish American Bourbon, this dark strong ale was brewed with dark Belgian candi syrup and aged with Bing cherry puree, adding burnt sugar notes, and dark stone fruit.

Pouring a deep chestnut hue, with off white head, and the aroma of plums, Amaro, and balsamic syrup. Bada Bing sips reminiscent of a classic cocktail with a dry and bittersweet finish.
