Before we get too far, I should mention up front that a) labels are surrendered all the time and b) these are the keg labels only (so far)…but it’s hard to ignore these two specific beer labels being surrendered after the recent story that BrewDog was using ingredients that are not approved in the U.S. The story is here and the story specifically mentions these two beers. These are the keg labels for Elvis Juice and Jet Black Heart and they were surrendered with an effective date of 19 Jan 2022. Stay tuned for more details and potential surrendered packaging.
