Valley Of The Heart's Delight is one of Almanac's most popular sours of all time and we're thrilled to bring it to the 16oz can format this year! This unique beer is inspired by the Santa Clara Valley’s agricultural roots. Before it was known as Silicon Valley, it was called “The Valley Of The Heart’s Delight” and was a fertile basin filled with fruit orchards.

Inspired by this lost agrarian past, we combined local apricots, apriums, and peaches from Blossom Bluff Orchard with our barrel-aged sour farmhouse ale to create this fruit-forward sour. Pair with grilled meats, endless summers & your favorite ice cream.
