Today I have your first peek at a new entry in The PastryArchy Series (Edition # 22) from DuClaw Brewing in Baltimore, MD. This is The PastryArchy Chocolate Cherry Dessert Stout and it will be brewed with tart cherry purée, lactose and cocoa powder. The PastryArchy Chocolate Cherry Cake is a stout that will have you saying, or possibly shouting, “seconds, please!” This splendidly smooth pour is crafted with tart cherry and rich chocolate.
Dark and decadent, this brew is best served with a generous slice of crumbly cake.
