Double India Pale Ale with Grapefruit and Orange
The Shape of Haze wizard’s latest machinations brought a bounty of tangy grapefruit and sweet oranges into the brewhouse for a righteously ripe new variant; Citrus Shape of Haze to Come! As always, the beer starts with a base of white wheat, flaked oats, and flaked wheat - a soft canvas for the wizard to work his magic on. The grapefruit and orange flavors are bolstered by Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic, adding a floral and piney touch. A crucial dry-hopping of Citra and Mosaic creates an enchanting and irresistible aroma along with the inviting scent of orange groves. Once the spell has been cast, it is useless to resist!

This Hazy IPA is brewed with 2-Row, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, and hopped exclusively with one of newer faves, Sultana. Formerly Experimental Hop #06277, Sultana boasts a huge aroma and flavor profile, with big, fruity, ripe pineapple notes, bright citrus, and a subtle hint of pine. Fermented with Imperial Yeast’s Juice strain, Sultana Sandra is the official beer of Minding Your Own Business. ABV: 6.2%
