Step One:
Hand select our favorite Strata hops from the fields in Oregon.

Step Two:
Pack 600lbs of Strata hops onto a same-day flight to Colorado.

Step Three:
Dump sticky, fresh Strata hops into the kettle just 12 hours later.

Step Four:
Can the Fresh Hop Strata IPA for a special Taproom release.

Tapping Friday, Sept. 24th! Get your hands on the only Strata Fresh Hop IPA in Colorado this season. Strata Fresh Hop will be on tap and available in 4 pack cans to go at all three of our taproom locations!
