Goose Island Adding Forgotten Half Historic AleToday I have a new bottle coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is Forgotten Half Historical Ale and it will be brewed from a historical American recipe known as Pale XX (similar to a modern day cream ale). The beer uses traditional ingredients of the period to “honor 19th century tavern-owning women.” This Chicago Brewseum collaboration will hit 5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle.
