Today I have your very first peek at a new bottle coming from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. This is 2021 Vintage PNC and it will be an imperial buckwheat stout aged in Bourbon, Brandy and tequila barrels. The beer will hit 13.3%-AbV and 32 IBU and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle (700 cases produced). This beer will use British Ale yeast and stay tuned here for full release info.
