Today I have some new beers coming soon from Modern Times in San Diego, CA. MT8! Anniversary Edition will be a double IPA brewed with Sauvignon Blanc Grape skins from Phantasm. Phantasm is a new powder that is derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes that adds new aromas and tropical flavors to a beer by adding more thiols (a compound found in hops associated with tropical fruit character) to the mix. The beer will hit 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. I’ve also added in Neon Campfire (12oz cans, 13%-AbV) Prometheus Effect (4.7%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles) Barrel-Aged Dragon Mask Malted Chocolate Churro Edition.
