Here’s a funny new can coming from Chandlers Ford brewing in Huntsville, AL. This is Brutasaurus Flex and it will be an IPA that is double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin & “Phantasm.” Phantasm is a new powder that is derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes that adds new aromas and tropical flavors to a beer by adding more thiols (a compound found in hops associated with tropical fruit character) to the mix. This beer will hit 7.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release info.
