Today I have a new collaboration coming from Crooked Stave in Denver, CO. This is Maple Bourbon Stout and it will be a collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing. The beer is an imperial stout aged in maple Bourbon barrels (Blis Maple Syrup formerly Heaven Hill barrels) for 4-years, 8-months. You’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle and the beer will hit 14.6%-AbV.
