Here’s an exciting new coolship beer coming from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME. This is Coolship Pomme and it will be a spontaneously-fermented ale aged for about 2-years with fresh-picked Golden Russet, Ashmead’s Kernel, Northern Spy and Winesap apples from a local Portland farm. The beer will hit 7.6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned here for 2021 release details.
