Today I have your very first peek at a new can coming from Prairie Artisan Ales in McAlester, OK. This is Cherry Bomb! and it will be an imperial stout age don cherries, coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and chili peppers. This beer will blow in at 12.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz can. Stay tuned here for full release info.
This 9 Apr 2021 update from Prairie:
April Releases
Sometimes boyfriends leave and never come back (*men* am I right?). But BLUEBERRY BOYFRIEND is reliable, and he’s here for you once again. Our featured kettle sour for April-June is back, with just as much blueberry and lemon peel as ever!
You know what? It’s also STOUT SZN (it’s always stout szn around here). And we’ve been talking about doing a cherry variant of our flagship beer for too long. THE TIME HAS COME FOR CHERRY BOMB! It’s the Bomb! you already know you love — packed with toasted Ancho chilies, Spaceship Earth coffee, cacao nibs, and vanilla — now with a blend of sweet and tart cherries!
Look for this one on shelves towards the end of the month (and into May) — we’ve ONLY JUST BEGUN to ship it from our warehouse of wonder.
We’ve got two more beers queued up for ya in May!
