Just released today at the brewery, it's Scratch #429 Pale Bock. The magic of a pale bock comes from precision: in the mash, in the boil, and in fermentation. For Scratch #429, the gentle complexity of Vienna and Munich malts is coupled with a strong fermentation with our House Lager yeast. This rich gold beer delivers notes honey, table crackers and hints of biscuit. 
Availability: draft & growler fills only at the brewery.
