Here’s an interesting document coming from Stone Brewing in Escondido, CA and Richmond, VA. This is their 2021 Beer Code Lengths sheet and it highlights not only where to find the date coding on various Stone packaging but also how long each beer should be on the shelf before it is no longer at it’s best. Be an educated consumer when you’re buying Stone beers and here’s the perfect way to do that. Now if I can only get some of our bottle shops to read this and remove the IPA’s that are older than 4-months and Enjoy By 07.04.20 from their shelves.
