Today I have a new can coming from Carton Brewing in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. This is Wedge Issue Citra & Eldorado and it will be an imperial oat/wheat pale ale brewed with Citra and Eldorado hops. This beer is part of a series of double IPAs that use equal amounts of two hops. This version will hit 8.2%-AbV & 30 IBU and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release info. I’ve also added in Turn Up The Hook Ella Remix late-hopped wheated imperial pale ale (8.5%-AbV, 20 IBU, 16oz cans).
