Karl Strauss Releasing Modern Times Collaboration Mosaic Oasis

Karl Strauss Releasing Modern Times Collaboration Mosaic Oasis

Hi friends,
The day has finally arrived! TODAY marks the state-wide release of Mosaic Oasis IPA, brewed with our magical buddies over at
Modern Times Beer. This beer is the latest release in our ongoing Collaboration Beer series, and we cannot wait for you to get your hands on some.

Haven't tried a beer brewed with Talus hops yet? Let's check in with Karl Strauss Brewmaster Paul Segura and Modern Times Director of Brewing Operations Tim Kamolz, who explain exactly what makes this IPA so damn tasty:

This limited-release IPA is available on draft and in 4-packs of 16oz cans at Karl Strauss brewpubs, and is rollin' out across California starting today!

You trudge through a dry, harsh landscape in search of refreshment. You accept your fate, doomed to perish in this lonely desert, deprived of that sweet sweet life-giving nectar. But lo! What’s that in the distance? Could it be the safe haven you’ve been searching for?

Your eyes do not deceive you, and your nose is greeted by a colorful mosaic of intoxicatingly fruity aromas. Grapefruit, tangerine, stone fruit, and… dare you say, papaya? Indeed, Mosaic Oasis IPA is a dank and citrusy San Diego-style treasure. Sure, any oasis can quench your thirst. But who needs H-2-O when you’ve got I-P-A?

Find Mosaic Oasis IPA near you!
