Today I have a returning can coming from harpoon brewery in Boston, MA. This is Dry January and for 2021 it will be a Lotus dry-hopped triple IPA that hits 11%-AbV. You're looking at the 16oz can and stay tuned for 2021 release timing. I’ve also added in Celtic Red traditional Irish-style red ale (5%-AbV, 16oz cans), Don’t Poke The Bears Black & Gold IPA brewed in collaboration with hockey players Chris Wagner ad Charlie Coyle (5.14%-AbV, 16oz cans & DragonWeisse session sour (4.6%-AbV, 12oz bottles, 12oz cans).
This 14 Jan 2021 update from harpoon:
Happy New Year from Harpoon! We think we can all take a collective sigh of relief that 2020 is over, and we are kicking off 2021 with lots of exciting happenings at our breweries in Boston, MA and Windsor, VT. To celebrate the return of hockey season, we are making Bruin's players Chris Wagner and Charlie Coyle drop the gloves for brewing glory! Help us decide whose beer will be released in 4-packs for hockey fans across New England by voting here by January 17th. We are also excited for the puck to drop for the Boston Pride as they defend their title in Lake Placid (more on that below).
We're also introducing our first limited release for the year: Another Dry January. This Triple IPA (this year with an extra massive dose of Lotus hops!) is shipping out now and available at our two breweries.
Despite the challenges faced in 2020, we are proud to say that together, we gave a lot! In addition to our annual $1/pint and in-kind giving programs, we made our fundraising events virtual with great success, and produced more charitable beers than ever. Read on for our Harpoon Helps 2020 Impact Report.
Cheers,
Your Friends at Harpoon
