Today I have your first look at the return of this holiday series from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. These are all barrel-aged version of the Twelve Days Of Christmas Series and here we have: Partridge In A Pear Tree Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style quadrupel with spices (14.7%-AbV), Two Turtle Doves is a Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style dark ale with pecans and cacao (14.5%-AbV, 375ml bottles) Trois Poules Francais Maderia barrel-aged sour Belgian-style dark ale with Syrah grapes (11.8%-AbV). 4 Calling Birds Bourbon barrel-aged dark ale brewed with spices (13.5%-AbV), 5 Golden Rings Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style golden ale with pineapple and spices (15.3%-AbV), 6 Geese-A-Laying Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style dark ale with Cap gooseberries (13.9%-AbV, 375ml) 7 Swans-A-Swimming Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style quadrupel ale (14.8%-AbV), 8 Maids-A-Milking Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style imperial milk stout (13.5%-AbV), 9 Ladies Dancing Bourbon barrel-aged Belgian-style ale brewed with lactose, cacao nibs, vanilla and coffee (12.6%-AbV), 10 Lords-A-Leaping Bourbon barrel-aged dark imperial wit ale brewed with dried apples and spices (13.9%-AbV), 11 Pipers Piping Scotch Whiskey barrel-aged Scotch-style ale brewed with candi sugar and coriander (13.1%-AbV) & 12 Drummers Drumming Bourbon barrel-aged blend of 80% Belgian-style quadrupel and 20% solera barrel-aged old ale (15.4%-AbV). These are all 375m bottles except 12 Drummers Drumming which is a 750ml bottle. I will fill in all of the gaps as they are available. I’ve also added in the 2021 packaging for Two Turtle Doves (10.6%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles).
