*OUR MAGIC 8 BOX IS RELEASING TODAY!*
We hope that this box provides just a little bit of UNION magic during these unprecedented times. We’ve brewed up some special new beers for you this year and brought back a classic. And we hope you enjoy a few of the special treats that go along with them. These boxes were a huge effort of our team and some local partners. We had them printed by SAGE SCREENPRINTING, the foam was sourced from House of Foam and then CNC’d by our General Manager– Christopher Attenborough. The custom merchandise was sourced and ordered by our creative team and the boxes were assembled by a crew of Dockside Pick Up & Beer Garden staff!
Our production team was tasked with brewing three new beers, and local artists were tapped to design the cans. Juicing Room Sour Ale was developed by our Flavor Master– Quinn, and the Willy Wonka inspired artwork was illustrated by Monica Amneus, The Down Beat Lager recipe was written by our Head Brewer– Zandy Zeiser, and the jazz-inspired artwork was designed by KC Corbett. The recipe for Enchanted Forest Hazy DIPA was written by Brewer Dean and our Packaging Manager– Pink, the Ellicott City theme park artwork was hand-cut and assembled by Jenna Dutton. Last, but definitely not least, we finally brought back a classic favorite– Double Duckpin. Our packaging team worked diligently to get the liquid into cans and Michelle McHugh assured all beers passed QAQC testing.
There are only 240 boxes in existence and each box has a love letter from UNION with an edition number. Each box includes: (2) of each of the Anniversary Beers (8 in total), the 8th Anniversary Glass, a UCB Magic 8 Ball, a Bandana, a Koozie, a set of Double Duckpin Playing Cards, a set of 8 Foil Stickers, Double Duckpin Rolling Papers, an enamel pin, and a Beer Bond (good for a $5 Classic Pint in the Beer Garden). Not only that but we have stuck a GOLDEN TICKET in ONE of the boxes. Whoever finds the Golden Ticket will win a custom, Double Duckpin Skateboard!
