Today I have a bunch of new collaborations and non-collaborations coming from Modern Times in San Diego, CA, Anaheim, CA and Portland, OR. Oat Dunkel will be a dunkel-style lager brewed in collaboration with Enegren Lager & Ales (5%-AbV, 16oz cans, Anaheim), New In Town will be a DIPA brewed with Unsung Brewing (8.5%-AbV, 16oz cans, Anaheim) and Premium Blend will be an IPA brewed with Cloudburst Brewing (7.5%-AbV, 16oz cans, Portland). I’ve also added in the non-collaborations Mosaic Timewave Zero DIPA (8.5%-AbV, 16oz cans, San Diego), Temple Of Silence imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with coconut (14%-AbV, 22oz bottles, Portland), Permanent Expansion Bourbon barrel-aged Guatemala todos santos Don Juan (12%-AbV, 12oz cans, Portland), Deeds & Exploits blended strong ale in Port and Spanish Brandy barrels with vanilla and Cognac-conditioned coffee (13%-AbV, 22oz bottles), Spectralia red sour ale aged in oak barrels with apricots added (6.2%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles), Forest Of Sight Bourbon barrel-aged red sour ale with Bing cherries (9.5%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles) & Dort Dortmunder export-style lager (5.5%-AbV, 16oz cans, Portland).
