This morning I have a new Trade Street Collection Barrel-Aged Series beer coming from Ballast Point Brewing in San Diego, CA. This is Rye Whiskey Barrel Piper Down 2018 and it will be a Scottish ale aged for 10-months in American oak High West rye whiskey barrels. The beer will clock in at 7.8%-AbV & 22 IBU and it will be package din these 750ml bottles.
