Crux Fermentation Project Adding Pert Near Fresh Hop IPA Cans

This morning I have a new can coming from Crux Fermentation Project in Bend, OR. This is Pert Near and it will be a fresh hop IPA that will be brewed in advance so that it can be wet-hopped with fresh Centennial hops from Goschie Farms as soon as they are ready for harvest. As such it will be “pert near the first fresh hop beer you’ll enjoy this season.” This IPA will hit 7.8%-AbV & 65 IBU and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release details.
