This morning we have several new collaboration beers coming from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City, MO. These variants will be part of the Brewhouse One Series and they are both collaborations with Side Project Brewing in St. Louis, MO. Foeder Saison With Brettanomyces is fermented with Belgian yeast and house cultures from both breweries and then bottle condition on Brettanomyces. This variant hits 9%-AbV. I also have Foeder Saison With Black Currant and Sweet Cherries and this beer will be finished with black currants and sweet cherries (7.9%-AbV). These are both 750ml bottles and stay tuned for release info.
