Jester King Releasing Dark Matter Imperial Coffee Stout Cans Today

Jester King Releasing Dark Matter Imperial Coffee Stout Cans TodayFrom Jester King:

Today we're releasing Dark Matter Imperial Coffee Stout -- made in collaboration with our friends from Dark Matter Coffee in Chicago, Illinois!

We've known the crew from Dark Matter for a long time. They do some of the most innovative things in the coffee world, especially when it comes to fermentation. They've done several pop ups at Jester King over the years, and they were supposed to be in Austin for SXSW. We brewed this collaboration to celebrate their visit.

We're bummed they can't be here to celebrate the release with us. We want to thank Jesse Diaz, Noah Hopkins, and Aaron Campos, and the rest of the Dark Matter crew for being such awesome innovators, flavor creators, and friends! We'll see you back down here in Austin one day!

Dark Matter Imperial Coffee Stout was brewed with Marris Otter base malt, a ton of English crystal malt (our favorite), oats, chocolate malt, and a touch of roasted barley. We added Guatemalan Catuai / Caturra coffee from Dark Matter. Pure culture fermentation with Chico yeast. 10.3% ABV.

We have 210 cases available. Available in 4 packs (16oz.) for $20. No can limit in times like these. Proxy pickups welcome for our out of state friends. Just designate your proxy and pickup date and time in the special instructions when you order. Proxy pickups can be made any day during the next four months! Proxy must be 21. Here's the link to order, or call 512-661-8736, or just show up in your car to our drive through!
