This morning I have your first peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Jester King in Austin, TX. This is Moonshot and it will be a collaboration with Brandon Jones at Yazoo Brewing. The beer will be brewed with Texas malts and Tennessee oats that is boiled with aged hops as well as rosechips and lemongrass (while coolshipping). The beer is aged in oak barrels for almost 3-years before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for Moonshot to hit 5.7%-AbV and stay tuned for full 2020 release details.
