This is Periphery and it will be a collaboration with Bearded Iris Brewing in Nashville, TN. The beer will be a hazy IPA that is dry-hopped with Nectaron and HBC 1019 hops and fermented on Kölsch yeast (6.5%-AbV, 16oz cans). I’ve also added in the non-collaborations West Coast Style Pils (pilsner lager dry-hopped with Luminosa & Citra hops, 5.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), P.O.G. Pitch IPA dry-hopped with Sabro and Azacca hops fermented on passion fruit and orange (6.2%-AbV, 16oz cans), P.O.G. Pitch IPA dry-hopped with Sabro and Azacca hops fermented on passion fruit and orange (6.2%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Mint Condition Mojito Sour ale with lime and mint (4.7%-AbV, 16oz cans).
