Yazoo Teaming Up With Allagash, Russian River, Jester King, Green Bench, River Drive, Bootleg Biology & Riverbend On Octatonic / Birthday Saison / Golden Vienna

Today I have a new collaboration beer coming from Yazoo Brewing in Nashville, TN.

This is Ocatatonic and it will be a collaboration with Allagash Brewing, Russian River Brewing, Jester King, Green Bench Brewing, River Drive cooperage, Bootleg Biology & Riverbend Malt House. The beer will be a mixed-culture blonde ale (yeast cultures from each brewery) that is aged in Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc oak wine barrels and “lightly” dry-hopped with Enigma hops. You’re looking at the 16oz can and stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the Perennial Artisan Ales collaboration Birthday Saison Ale (12oz cans) and the Wooly Pig 2024 collaboration Golden Vienna 20th Anniversary vienna-style lager (12oz cans).  zzubreebym
