Onsite at the Daly City gastropub, Executive Chef Kurt Steeber produces artisanal sausage, butchers fresh calamari, and grinds hamburger by hand. The Neapolitan-inspired pizza dough at Gilman Brewing -- Daly City undergoes an extra-long 72 hour delayed fermentation (for pizzas such as Wild Mushroom, Fennel Sausage, Bianca, Margherita, Ice Cube) and takes center stage on the menu alongside a cast of Northern-Italian and modern American small plates, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and snacks.
