Malibu Carbonic Coming To Terroir Project From The Bruery

This morning we get a peek at a new beer coming to the Firestone Walker Terroir Project from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.  This is Malibu Carbonic and it will be a blonde ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (sourced from “ high in the Malibu mountains” from Montagneux Vineyard) that is aged in French oak puncheons.  The beer uses carbonic maceration using “native and natural co-fermentation of grapes and lambic-style wort aged in French oak.”  This entry into the Firestone Walker Terroir Project will hit 12.3%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
