Today we have a new beer coming soon from Wicked Weed in Asheville, NC. This is Cultura Blend 1 and it will be a blended Appalachian spontaneous ale that uses Riverbend pilsner malt, raw wheat and “copious amounts” of whole-cone hops. This coolship beer is aged for one, two and three years in French oak puncheons before blending. The beer will hit 6.3%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles, 375ml bottles and 3L bottles. I’ve added in other variants for Cultura blend 1, blend 2 and blend 3. We also have Fresh Pressed ale with grapefruit, blood orange, agave and colored with vegetable juice (5.2%-AbV, 12oz cans).
