This 11 Dec 2019 Update from Saint Arnold:

Our Newest Seasonal Beer is Texas Winter IPA

Winters in Texas can be odd. One day it's boiling lava hot, the next it's polar vortex freezing. One minute it's all sunshine and rainbows, the next you're storm chasing Bill Paxton-style. With our new seasonal beer, we wanted to bring a constant into the inconsistency. We are pleased to announce you can count on one thing this winter: 100% Chance of Hops!
Starting this weekend, you can enjoy Texas Winter IPA, our new IPA brewed with real Texas grapefruit. It features big tropical fruit notes from Galaxy, Columbus, Simcoe, and Cascade hops - along with 10 lb of Texas Ruby Red grapefruit purée per barrel. A mild caramel sweetness in the malt body provides balance, but lets the hops shine.
With the dry hopping of Galaxy and the big fruit addition, this 7.1% ABV beer enters our lineup as one of the most labor intensive beers we make. Fortunately, our brewers don't mind - it's worth it when they drink one after their shift.
Texas Winter IPA is sliding into our seasonal lineup after Christmas Ale - taking the place of White Noise. It'll be available this weekend in both cans and bottles, as well as on draft around town. You'll be able to find it in all the places you're used to seeing our seasonal beers. We hope you enjoy it!
