This morning we get our first peek at the 5th
release in the
Wooden It Be Nice Series from
Dogfish head Craft brewery in Milton,
DE. This is
Ouvert Operation and it will be a wild ale with Himalayan peppercorns that is aged in Rum barrels for 6-months. The beer will hit 8.7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle. Stay tuned for
release timing. I’ve also added the 6th
release in the series,
In & Of Itself and it will be a wild ale aged on raspberries, etrog and Buddha’s hand in red & white Wine barrels for 9-months. The beer hits 7%-AbV and this is also a 375ml bottle.
