Everyone’s Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, and you better believe we’ve got some shenanigans planned for each of our coastal Delaware locations. From a limited bottle release to an exclusive Irish-ish stout brewed just for the occasion, we want YOU to join us for all the fun! So come on by our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen, Chesapeake & Maine and Brewings & Eats onSaturday, March 16, for a day chock full of festive celebrations – and be sure to don your best green garb!
At our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen, we’ll be showing off our St. Paddy’s Day pride with a limited bottle release of Rye Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA. To create this lucky elixir, we aged our classic 120 Minute IPA in rye barrels for six months and then spent a couple of weeks dry-hopping it for optimum goodness. Releasing at 11 a.m. (sharp), there’s only 600 (750ml) bottles of this limited-edition brew up for grabs and they’re going for just $30 each.
For those of you looking for just a taste of Rye Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA, we’ll also have it on tap in our Tasting Room. Grab a sample to enjoy alongside our Kitchen’s menu of Irish-inspired eats, which will feature a Corned Beef Rueben, Colcannon Bread Bake, Bangers and Mash, and Cottage Pie.
To keep the party going, step on down to our Rehoboth restaurants.
Our co-workers at Chesapeake & Maine are kicking off the beach-side party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a special St. Patrick’s Day brunch. Our delicious selection of off-centered classics includes Buffalo Bangers and Mash, a Corned Beef Breakfast Platter, Potato Leek Soup, Chocolate Stout Cake, ‘Buck a Shuck’ oysters and more. To check out our full brunch menu, click HERE.
Next, leap on over to Brewings & Eats, where the St. Paddy’s Day soiree continues with more mouthwatering menu items, including Corned Beef Egg Rolls, a Reuben Burger, Shepard’s Pie and a Warm Brownie Sundae served with Dogfish Head Distilling Co. Whiskey Ice Cream. After you get your fill of food, you’d better get ready to jig because Mike and the Fellow Travelers are taking the stage at 10 p.m.! A quartet known for their mix of instruments and vocal harmonies, their entertaining blend of American and Irish folk ballads, and fiddle-forward melodies will keep you dancing all night long! No cover.
And of course, no St. Patrick’s Day celebration is complete without a little beer-driven bunkum, which is why we brewed Much Malarkey just for the occasion. An Irish-ish stout brewed from Irish ale and rye malts, roasted barley, and flaked rye, Much Malarkey boasts layers upon layers of deep roast, sweet biscuit and rye spiciness. Enlivened with coriander, black pepper and mustard seed, this 5.8% ABV exclusive will be available at both Chesapeake & Maine and Brewings & Eats starting on Saturday, March 16.
