The 3rd release in our single hop IPA series is Simcoe® IPA. The Simcoe® hop is known for it's "Bright citrus flavors with earthy undertones, aromas of grapefruit, pine and herbs." This beautiful hop with Matt's awesome base malt is a refreshing combo.
Midnight Madness Porter
Midnight Madness smoked porter 5% 27 ibu
After being retired from the 12 oz bottles a couple years ago we can enjoy this smoked porter once again for the winter season. A beautiful dark ruby red porter with just a hint of smoked malt to enhance the roast malt flavors
Scotch Ale
Scotch Ale 9% 65 ibu
A robust ale using peat malts. Enjoy the rich malt body and mouth feel, true to style, brewed with very little hops so the malt shines strong!
