This year, Goose Island collaborated with Elijah Craig on 2018 Bourbon County Stout Reserve. Each year for Reserve we select a special bourbon to highlight the characteristics of the barrel during the aging process. The Elijah Craig 12 year old Barrel Proof barrels that were selected for this year’s Reserve previously held the bourbon that won Whisky Advocate’s Whisky of the Year in 2017. Bourbon County Stout Reserve will be released on Black Friday along with the rest of the 2019 Bourbon County Stout lineup.
