We brought you the news of Dogfish Head’s Wooden It Be Nice Wild Beer Program and the first release Knottybits, and today you get your very first look at the 2nd release. This is Wet Hop American Summer and it will be a wild ale brewed with fresh whole-leaf wet Citra hops. This “rusty and earthy” wild ale will be aged in Chardonnay wine barrels for 1-year before being packaged in 12.7oz bottles. This beer hits 7.75%-AbV and stay tuned here for release info.
