Here we have another new version of Java Cask coming from Victory Brewing in Downingtown, PA. This is Java Cask Gold and it will be a Bourbon barrel-aged blonde coffee stout brewed with oats, brown sugar, milk and cocoa. The beer uses One Village Coffee’s “Legend” dark roast and it is aged for 7-months in Kentucky straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. Java Cask Gold will by package din 500ml bottles and stay tuned for AbV and release info.
